A liquidation store is a discount store that specialises in liquidation and excess stock. The nature of this stock means that we have different products launching and selling out on a weekly basis. You can learn more here
We only sell brand new, unused stock, not returns.
The nature of excess and liquidation stock is that restocks are unlikely. For businesses that have discontinued stock or have liquidated, their stock will not be restocked.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. While all orders are eligible for returns, certain products cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, including items that are opened or used, have broken seals, or may deteriorate or expire quickly. To return an item and receive a refund, please contact us via info@liquidation.store and provide your order number. We will respond within 48 hours to process your return. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or products that are not as described.
